- Release Management and deployment during all test phases using CM Synergy for Release 1 & 2 (Electricity & Gas).
- Defining, developing, maintaining the release process supporting all teams (Project and Business).
- Active member of the Go-Live and rehearsal team for release 1 & 2.
- Supporting the “Performance Task Force” to identify, test and release improvements to Release 1 & 2.
- Maintaining the support environments for Release 1 & 2 including installation of OS and Lodestar patches
- Supporting the training teams for both Release 1 & 2 before and after Go-Live
- Automated overnight builds. Building of environments for development, testing, support training and production.
- Defect/Change Management and reporting. Process flow for Defects Managements and Configuration/Release Management.
- Installation, patches and upgrades to Oracle Utilities to all environments including during production support phase.
